• Aadhaar Card Xerox copy
• Color passport size photographs – 2 Nos.
• Birth Certificate Xerox copy only for Play Group, Nursery, L.kg,U.kg & Std-1st
• Leaving Certificate (L.C) OR Transfer Certificate (T.C) Original for std-2nd to 12th
  (Note:-If your last school is CBSE or you are from other state it’s should be verified and signed by DEO (District Education Officer) of Respected state)
• Migration Certificate (Original) if your last school affiliated to CBSE Board or Transfer from other state Board for std-11th & 12th.
• Mark sheet of Last Passing Examination.
